Full Management Service

AIMS will carry out an initial and annual inventory check.
The AIMS full service includes a weekly check of the property: ensuring all is secure, flushing toilets, checking lights and generally observing the condition of the interior for problems such as dampness.
Utility service meters will be read on each visit. Swimming pool and garden maintenance services will be monitored. Dehumidifiers, heaters etc, will be deployed as required.
Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs is included, more complex repairs can be dealt with by our AIMS handyman, (additional charges apply).
Property related bill payments as required. (Full Service only)
Post received at the property may be collected and forwarded, to the owner.
Maid services, cleaning and laundry will be arranged as required.
AIMS will maintain regular communication with you and will send you a client account statement every month.
Liaison with Independent Villas for property rental issues, where appropriate.

Standard Management Service

The Standard management service is based on a monthly check of the property. Should it be necessary to make more frequent visits to resolve problems, or for any other reason, then visits will be charged at our handyman hourly rate, AIMS will advise the owner should this become necessary in accordance with the terms of the management contract.
Please Note:- Bill payments are not included with the standard service.

Guest Services

Arrangements for key collection for owners and guests.
Meet and greet owner’s guests on arrival or during their stay.
Arranging welcome packs for owners guests.
Arranging the hiring of cots, high chairs, extra beds etc. for owners guests.
Support services and backup for owners guests.
Checking & reporting of damage by owners guests.

Additional Services

Obtaining competitive quotations for items or work.
Arranging for tradesman to carry out repairs and improvements.
Arranging authorised access to the property for any reason.
Shopping for household items and furnishings.
Payment of bills that cannot be made via normal banking methods, requiring attendance in person.
